10:29 Friday, August 13, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Shares of Chinese insurance broker, Tian Ruixiang Holdings Ltd (TIRX) are climbing more than 14% Friday morning after the company announced its decision to team up with financial service platform solution provider Beijing Puyuan Technology Co. (BPTC).

As per the deal, BPTC is able to access Tian Ruixiang's insurance management platform and has agreed to provide Tian Ruixiang with customized artificial intelligence development services and assist the Company in building its intelligent customers service and sales systems.

"We plan to build our own intelligent sales and customer service system which can help maximize profitability, increase operation efficiency, and improve customers satisfaction. Looking forward, we expect to seize the opportunity presented by the accelerating digital transformation of the insurance industry, and utilize our cooperation with BPTC to deliver more products and services for our customers," said Zhe Wang, chief executive officer of the Company.

TIRX is at $5.49. The stock has traded in the range of $3.94- $103.87 in the last 52 weeks.
