(NYSE: SAR) (Saratoga Investment, Saratoga or the Company) today announced that the Company commenced distribution of the proxy materials to the Companys stockholders for the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the Annual Meeting) to be held on September 27, 2021.

Saratogas Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended February 28, 2021 and definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting, which was filed on August 3, 2021, have been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and may be viewed on Saratogas Investor Relations website at https://ir.saratogainvestmentcorp.com/financial-informations.

The Companys stockholders are urged to vote their shares as soon as possible, especially in light of mailing and processing delays due to the Covid-19 global pandemic. This will help Saratoga reduce solicitation costs associated with the Annual Meeting.
