Roper Technologies Divests Zetec Business For $350M Cash

* Roper Technologies Inc (NYSE:ROP) has agreed to sell its Zetec business to Eddyfi/NDT in an all-cash transaction valued at ~$350 million.

* Zetec generated ~$64 million of revenue and $17 million of EBITDA over the last 12 months.

* The transaction is expected to close at the end of this year.

* Price Action: ROP shares closed lower by 1.23% at $479.40 on Tuesday.
