08:43 Tuesday, August 10, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Paymentus Holdings Inc. (PAY) has agreed to acquire Payveris for approximately $152.2 million. Of the purchase amount, about 56% will be in cash and 44% in Paymentus Class A common stock.

Payveris is a provider of cloud-based software that enables over 265 banks and credit unions to modernize and simplify bill pay, person-to-person (P2P) and account-to-account (A2A) money movement and fraud prevention through a unified platform.

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021.
