Americold Realty Trust Announces 29M Share Common Stock Offering In Connection With Forward Sale Agreements

Americold Realty Trust (NYSE:COLD) (the "Company" or "Americold") announced today that it has commenced an underwritten registered public offering of 29,000,000 common shares in connection with the forward sale agreements described below. The underwriters are expected to be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,350,000 common shares.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., BofA Securities and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are acting as the joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters for the offering.
