Liberty Latin America Completes Acquisition of Telefnica's Operations in Costa Rica

DENVER, Colorado--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 09, 2021--Liberty Latin America Ltd. ("Liberty Latin America" or "LLA") (NASDAQ: LILA and LILAK, OTC Link: LILAB) today announced it has completed the acquisition of Telefnica S.A.'s ("Telefnica") wireless operations in Costa Rica ("Telefnica Costa Rica").
