Greenlane Holdings Announces 10,126,583 Share Registered Direct Offering Priced At $3.16/Share

Greenlane Holdings, Inc. ("Greenlane" or "the Company") (NASDAQ:GNLN), a global house of brands and one of the largest sellers of premium cannabis accessories, child-resistant packaging, and specialty vaporization products, today announced it has entered into definitive agreements with institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 10,126,583 shares of the Company's common stock (or common stock equivalents) and warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 6,075,950 shares of the Company's common stock, at an effective purchase price of $3.16 per share of common stock (or common stock equivalent) and associated warrant, in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. The offering is expected to close on or about August 11, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
