10:03 Friday, August 6, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Sphere 3D Corp. (ANY) shares are trading more than 37 percent higher on Friday morning trade after the company announced an agreement with Hertford Advisors Ltd. to acquire a six-month exclusive right for assignment of cryptocurrency Mining Assets.

As per the agreement, Sphere 3D will issue an aggregate of 4,500,000 Common Shares to Hertford Advisors, Ltd. upon assignment of milestone contracts.

Currently, shares are at $4.72, up 37.20 percent from the previous close of $3.44 on a volume of 39,769,353. For the 52-week period, the shares have traded in a range of $1.23-$5.61 on a volume of 7,338,887.
