(NASDAQ: ESEA), an owner and operator of container carrier vessels and provider of seaborne transportation for containerized cargoes, announced today that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021 on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 after market closes in New York.

On the next day, Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the Company's management will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results.
