EMCOR Acquires Quebe Holdings For Undisclosed Sum

* Emcor Group Inc (NYSE:EME) has acquired Quebe Holdings, Inc., an Dayton, Ohio-based electrical services company, for undisclosed financial terms.

* Quebe's five Ohio-based business units consist of Chapel Electric Co., LLC; Romanoff Electric Co., LLC; Chapel-Romanoff Technologies, LLC; Kastle Electric Company; and Kastle Technologies Co., LLC.

* This acquisition strengthens EMCOR's position in electrical construction and expands its capabilities across the state of Ohio.
