09:54 Thursday, August 5, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Insight Enterprises Inc. (NSIT) reported that its second-quarter net earnings rose to $58.56 million or $1.58 per share from $46.39 million or $1.32 per share last year.

Adjusted earnings per share were $1.91, up 9% year over year.

Net sales increased 13% year over year to $2.23 billion.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $1.85 per share and revenues of $2.21 billion for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

For the full year 2021, the company now expects to deliver net sales growth at the high-end of the previously stated guidance, which was between 4% and 8% over the prior year, and Adjusted earnings per share is now expected to be between $6.75 and $6.90. Analysts expect annual earnings of $6.72 per share.
