AUTL is currently trading at $5.95, up $0.63 or 11.84%, on the Nasdaq, on a volume of 13.6 million shares, far above the average volume of 1.8 million shares. The stock has traded between $4.60 and $16.78 in the 52 week period. The stock slipped nearly 60% in that time-frame.

Autolus Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation programmed T cell therapies, announced an agreement with Moderna that grants Moderna an exclusive license to develop and commercialize mRNA therapeutics incorporating Autolus' proprietary binders for up to four immuno-oncology targets.
