07:29 Monday, August 2, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Myers Industries, Inc. (MYE) has acquired the assets of Trilogy Plastics. Headquartered in Alliance, Ohio, Trilogy manufactures custom products for the industrial, consumer, lawn and garden, heavy truck, medical and other markets. Trilogy's annual revenues are approximately $35 million.

Myers noted that the deal is the latest action taken as part of the "One Myers" long-term strategic plan. The company believes the combination of Trilogy with Myers' Ameri-Kart and Elkhart businesses will create one of the largest rotational molding manufacturers in the U.S.

Myers anticipates the acquisition to be slightly accretive to earnings in 2021.
