EMX Royalty Corporation Announced It Has Entered Into An Agreement With SSR Mining To Purchase A Portfolio Of Royalty Interests And Deferred Payments. Upon Closing Of The Transaction EMX Will Pay $33M In Cash And $33M In Common Shares Of EMX To SSR Mining
