The company's profit totaled NT$10.34 billion, or NT$2.30 per share. This compares with NT$6.94 billion, or NT$1.60 per share, in last year's second quarter.

The company's revenue for the quarter rose 18.0% to NT$126.9 billion from NT$107.5 billion last year.
