Lockheed Martin Q1 EPS $6.56 Beats $6.30 Estimate, Sales $16.26B Miss $16.33B Estimate

Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) reported quarterly earnings of $6.56 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $6.30 by 4.13 percent. This is a 7.89 percent increase over earnings of $6.08 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $16.26 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $16.33 billion by 0.44 percent. This is a 3.88 percent increase over sales of $15.65 billion the same period last year.
