Biggest Price Target Changes For Thursday

* Morgan Stanley lifted the price target for Paychex, Inc. (NASDAQ:PAYX) from $76 to $91. Paychex shares rose 0.2% to $94.55 in pre-market trading.

* HC Wainwright & Co. lifted Celcuity Inc (NASDAQ:CELC) price target from $11 to $14. Celcuity shares dropped 8.1% to close at $9.71 on Wednesday.

* HC Wainwright & Co. boosted Verrica Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:VRCA) price target from $18 to $21. Verrica Pharmaceuticals shares rose 1% to $12.75 in pre-market trading.
