This includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase 1,500,000 additional shares of common stock. The gross proceeds toCytokineticsfrom the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable byCytokinetics, were approximately$316.25 million.
