The stock is currently trading at $94.20, up $7.70 or 8.90%, with trading volume rising over 472K versus an average volume of 820K shares.

Robert Half reported second-quarter net income of $149.21 million, or $1.33 per share compared to $46.20 million, or $0.41 per share last year. Service revenues for the quarter rose 46.3% to $1.58 billion from $1.11 billion last year.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected earnings of $1.05 per share on revenue of $1.48 billion for the quarter. Analysts' estimate typically exclude certain special items.
