CSB Bancorp, Inc. Declares Fourth Quarter Cash Dividend

MILLERSBURG, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 2020--CSB Bancorp, Inc., (OTC Pink: CSBB) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.29 per share on its common stock, payable December 22, 2020 to shareholders of record as of December 8, 2020. The dividend represents a $0.01 increase in the quarterly cash dividend.
