FXLV is currently trading at $14.68, up $0.72 or 5.12%, on the Nasdaq.

On Monday, F45 Training Holdings announced its initial public offering of 18.75 million common shares at a price of $16.00 per share. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on July 15, 2021 under the symbol "FXLV." F45 received proceeds of about $279.0 million.
