Oklahoma-based oil and gas company ONEOK, Inc. (OKE), is down 6% during the early trading in the Monday market as the prices of fuel continue to rise in the face of increasing demand.

11:52 Monday, July 19, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Oklahoma-based oil and gas company ONEOK, Inc. (OKE), is down 6% during the early trading in the Monday market as the prices of fuel continue to rise in the face of increasing demand.

The major gas companies of OPEC Plus have decided to increase their production by 400,000 barrels which will ease the tight situation of gas across the world by the end of the year. However, the prices are not expected to go down during the vacation season.

ONEOK shares are trading at $50.14, down $3.17 or 5.95% since closing at $53.31 at the close on Friday. The shares opened at $51.65 in the morning and in the 52-week period, the shares have moved between $23.28 and $57.55.
