Second Quarter 2021 Estimated Preliminary Financial Results

* Net revenues are estimated to total $6.1 million, as compared to $7.3 million in the second quarter of 2020.

* GAAP loss from operations is estimated to range from $(3.0) million to $(3.3) million, as compared to $(4.5) million for the second quarter of 2020.

* Non-GAAP loss from operations is estimated to range from $(2.8) million to $(3.1) million, as compared to $(3.6) million for the second quarter of 2020. Cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash are estimated to be $14.4 million in the aggregate at June 30, 2021.
