* Marquette has served as the CFO since 2019.

* The company's senior finance executives will report to Chief Operating Officer and Group President Michael Hartshorn, until Finance leadership changes are announced in the coming months.

* Price action: ROST shares closed higher by 1.81% at $124.89 on Wednesday.
