Charles & Colvard Enters $5M Credit Facility With JPMorgan Chase Bank

* The partnership includes a $5 million credit facility, executed July 12, 2021, following the termination of prior credit facility with White Oak Commercial Finance, effective July 9, 2021.

* The company held $19.6 million in cash and equivalents as of March 31, 2021.
