* Anaplan Inc (NYSE:PLAN) appointed Vikas Mehta as the CFO effective July 19.

* Most recently, Mehta was CFO of Nike Inc's (NYSE:NKE) direct business.

* Mehta succeeds David H. Morton, Jr., who announced his departure during the Q1 results. Morton departed to spend more time with his family.

* Price action: PLAN shares closed lower by 2.43% at $52.91 on Monday.
