Chemed Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of 34 Cents

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 06, 2020--Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 34-cents per share on the Company's capital stock, payable on September 4, 2020, to shareholders of record as of August 17, 2020. This is a 2-cent, or 6.3%, increase over the 32-cent dividend paid in June 2020. The previous dividend increase was in August 2019, when the Board raised the quarterly dividend from 30-cents to 32-cents per share. This represents the 197th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Chemed in its 49 years as a public company.
