WOONSOCKET, R.I., July 7, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- CVS Health Corporation (NYSE: CVS) today announced that its board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend of fifty cents($0.50) per share on the Common Stock of the Corporation. The dividend is payable on August 2, 2021, to holders of record on July 23, 2021.
