IEC Bags Multi-Year Defense Contract Worth Over $45M

* Electronic manufacturing services provider IEC Electronics Corp (NASDAQ:IEC) has won a multi-year contract valued at over $45 million from a Tier 2 Department of Defense contractor.

* The award is a follow-on order.

* In 2019 IEC won the entire outsourcing of a program associated with secured communications equipment for U.S. aircraft, ground vehicles, and surface warships.

* Price action: IEC shares traded higher by 6.65% at $10.91 on the last check Wednesday.
