Professional Diversity Network Announces $2.5M Registered Direct Offering At $1.70/Share

Professional Diversity Network, Inc. (NASDAQ:IPDN), today announced it has entered into definitive agreements with institutional investors for the purchase and sale of its common stock at a purchase price of $1.70 per share in a registered direct offering for gross proceeds of $2.5 million before deducting expenses. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about July 9, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.



This offering is being made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-227249) previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
