Ault Global Holdings Announces Ault Disruptive Technologies Corporation's Confidential Submission Of Draft Registration Statement Relating To The Proposed Initial Public Offering Of Its Common Stock

Ault Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:DPW), a diversified holding company (the "Company"), announced that Ault Disruptive Technologies Corporation ("ADTC"), a special purpose acquisition company, commonly referred to as a SPAC, has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The public offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Ault Disruptive Technologies Company, LLC, is acting as the sponsor for ADTC.
