Massachusetts-based home decor and furniture company, Wayfair Inc. (W), is down 5% during the early hours of trading in the Street. However, there has been no news on the part of the company to influence the movement of the stock.

11:22 Tuesday, June 29, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Massachusetts-based home decor and furniture company, Wayfair Inc. (W), is down 5% during the early hours of trading in the Street. However, there has been no news on the part of the company to influence the movement of the stock.

The company's Independence Day clearance sale is live now through July 4th, with up to 60% off on living room furniture to outdoor furniture as well as on lighting and other decor items.

The shares are trading at $300.70, down $16.72 or 5.27% from $317,42 at the close on Monday. The shares opened at $312.66 in the morning and in the 52-week period, the shares have traded between $195.49 and $369.00.

Despite their dismal performance in the last month in which the company lost as much as 5.28% or $16.80, it has enjoyed rapid growth in the last 52 weeks. During this period, the shares have gone up $100.97 or 50.43%.
