BioVie Added To Russell Microcap Index Today

BioVie Inc. (NASDAQ:BIVI) ("BioVie" or "Company"), a clinical-stage company developing innovative drug therapies for the treatment of liver disease and neurological and neuro-degenerative disorders and certain cancers, today announced has been added as a member of the broad-market Russell Microcap Index, effective after the US market opens on June 28, as part of the 2021 Russell indexes reconstitution.

Membership in the Russell Microcap(r) Index, which remains in place for one year, means automatic inclusion in the appropriate growth and value style indexes. FTSE Russell determines membership for its Russell indexes primarily by objective, market-capitalization rankings and style attributes.

Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional investors for index funds and as benchmarks for active investment strategies.
