ClearSign Technologies On Jul. 10 Received Letter From FINRA Investigating Trading In Co.'s Securities Surrounding Jun. 15 Announcement Had Received A Purchase Order From ExxonMobile

On July 10, 2020, ClearSign Technologies Corporation ("the Company") received a letter from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") notifying the Company that FINRA is investigating trading in the Company's securities surrounding the June 15, 2020 announcement that the Company had received a purchase order from ExxonMobile. We have not been made aware of any findings by FINRA or if any determination has been made. The Company intends to cooperate fully with the investigation.
