10:43 Tuesday, June 22, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - New York-based sports-first streaming service, FuboTV Inc (FUBO) is up 4% in the early market on Tuesday on the news of joining the Russell 3000 broad-market index. The induction will happen on June 28, after the reconstitution of the 2021 index. Russell 3000 has included the 4000 largest stocks based on market capitalization. While the membership will be for one year, it also means that the company is automatically included in the large-cap Russell 1000 and small-cap Russell 2000.

FuboTV got listed on the NYSE in October 2020. David Gandler, co-founder and CEO of fuboTV said, "The addition of fuboTV to the Russell 3000 Index is an important milestone for the company as we stay laser-focused on defining a new category of interactive television while delivering significant shareholder value."

The shares are currently dealing at $32.69, up $1.07 or 3.51% since $31.62 on the bell on Monday. The shares opened at $32.02 in the morning and in the 52-week period, the shares have ranged between $8.12 and $62.29.
