(NYSE: STON) (StoneMor) today announced that the record date for stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the Annual Meeting) has been changed from the close of business on Friday, June 4, 2021 to the close of business on Monday, June 21, 2021. The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. EDT and will be held by remote communication.
