The company recently appointed former Penn National Gaming, Inc. executive Carl Sottosanti to the Board of Directors of its subsidiary Fubo Gaming, with immediate effect. He was also appointed chairman of its gaming compliance committee. Sottosanti joins Fubo Gaming as the subsidiary prepares for the launch of Fubo Sportsbook, a comprehensive sports entertainment experience through online sports betting, in the later half of the year. Currently trading at $29.91, the stock has traded between $8.13 and $62.29 during the past 52 weeks.
