06:30 Wednesday, June 16, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - A. H. Belo Corp. (AHC) announced that it will transfer the listing of its Series A common stock from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Capital Market starting with trading on June 29, 2021, under new ticker symbol will be "DALN".

A. H. Belo also announced that it will change its name to DallasNews Corporation, with this name change and website DallasNewsCorporation.com to be effective on June 29, 2021. The name change was approved by approximately 99.4 percent of the votes represented at the company's annual meeting held on May 13, 2021.

The company noted that this decision to move the listing follows an internal review of what market best serves its interests going forward.
