16:59 Tuesday, June 15, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - La-Z-Boy Inc. (LZB) Tuesday reported fourth-quarter profit of $37.5 million or $0.81 per share, up from $2.30 million or $0.05 per share last year.

Adjusted earnings were $0.87 per share from $0.49 per share last year.

Consolidated sales increased 41% to $519.5 million from $367.3 million last year.

Written same-store sales for the entire La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries network doubled, increasing 100%.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters estimated earnings of $0.74 per share on revenues of $498.53 million.
