PORTSMOUTH, N.H., May 28, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sprague Resources LP (Sprague or the Partnership) (NYSE: SRLP) announced that today Sprague HP Holdings, LLC (Buyer), acquired from Sprague Resources Holdings LLC (Sprague Holdings) 100% of the limited liability company interests of Sprague Resources GP LLC (the General Partner), the general partner of Sprague; all of Sprague Holdings common units; and, all of the Partnerships Incentive Distribution Rights. The Buyer and its affiliates now collectively hold approximately 74.5% of the Partnerships outstanding common units.
