* The drone industry's hardware-enabled software provider Red Cat Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:RCAT), has appointed Dr. Allan Evans as the company COO.

* Evans is also the CEO of the company's subsidiary, Fat Shark Holdings, Ltd.
