Auditor ChangeThe Audit Committee of the Companys Board of Directors approved the dismissal of Deloitte & Touche LLP effective May 12, 2021. Ernst & Young LLP has been appointed as the Companys successor auditor for U.S. reporting, effective May 12, 2021, and for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2021. PKF Littlejohn LLP remains the Companys U.K. statutory auditors.
