10:49 Friday, June 11, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Orphazyme A/S (ORPH) shares are sliding more than 42 percent on Friday morning trade, after reaching a year-to-date high yesterday. Commenting on the extreme volatility in price and trading volume since June 10 the company said it is not aware of any material change in its clinical development programs, financial condition or results of operations that would explain such price volatility. Further, the company said investors who purchase the company's ADS or shares may lose a significant portion of their investments if the price of such securities subsequently declines.

Currently, shares are at $12.02, up 42.76 percent from the previous close of $21.00 on a volume of 21,992,415. The shares have traded in a range of $4.75-$77.77 on average volume of 182,915.
