C4 Therapeutics Priced Upsized 9.6M Share IPO @$19/Share

C4 Therapeutics, Inc. (C4T) (NASDAQ:CCCC) y announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 9.6 million shares of common stock at a public offering price of $19 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions, for gross proceeds of $182.4 million. All shares of common stock are being offered by C4T. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on October 2, 2020, under the symbol "CCCC." The offering is expected to close on October 6, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Additionally, C4T has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.44 million shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

Jefferies, Evercore ISI, BMO Capital Markets and UBS Investment Bank are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
