MySize Amended 13D Filing From Activist Investing/David Lazar Shows Unchanged 9.99% Stake, Includes Amendment For Item 4 In Filing Related To Submission By Firm Custodian Ventures On Jun. 1 Of Books, Records Request

Item 4 is hereby amended to add the following:

On June 1, 2021, Custodian Ventures submitted a books and records request (the "Books and Records Request") pursuant to Section 220 of the Delaware General Corporation Law in order to gather information regarding potential mismanagement and/or malfeasance by the Issuer's management and/or members of the Issuer's Board of Directors (the "Board") and potential breaches of fiduciary duties by certain members of the Board in connection with the Issuer's entry into an Amendment to Purchase Agreement, dated May 26, 2021 (the "Amendment"), which made certain amendments to a Purchase Agreement between the Issuer and Shoshana Zigdon
