ITT Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.22 Per Share

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 04, 2021--June 4, 2021-- ITT Inc. (NYSE: ITT) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend payment of $0.22 per share on the Company's outstanding stock. The dividend is payable on July 6, 2021 to shareowners of record as of the close of business on June 21, 2021.
