PALO ALTO, Calif., May 25, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The HP Inc. board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.1938 per share on the companys common stock.

The dividend, the third in HPs fiscal year 2021, is payable on July 7, 2021, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 9, 2021. HP has approximately 1.2 billion shares of common stock outstanding.
