PHILADELPHIA, May 27, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYSE: HT) (Hersha or the Company), owner of high-quality hotels in urban gateway markets and regional resort destinations, today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a cash dividend of $0.4297 per Series C Preferred Share, $0.40625 per Series D Preferred Share, and $0.40625 per Series E Preferred Share for the second quarter ending June 30, 2021. The preferred share dividends are payable July 15, 2021 to holders of record as of July 1, 2021.
