Paymentus Raises $210M From IPO at $21/Share; Trading Begins Today

* Cloud-based bill payment technology solutions provider, Paymentus Holdings Inc (NYSE: PAY), has priced 10 million shares at $21 per share to raise $210 million from its initial public offering (IPO) as initially reported.

* The underwriters have 30 days to purchase additional shares up to 1.5 million.

* The shares are estimated to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol "PAY" today.
