Fusion Acquisition Corp. II (NYSE: FSNB.U) (the Company) today announced that, commencing April 19, 2021, holders of the units sold in the Companys initial public offering may elect to separately trade shares of the Companys common stock and warrants included in the units.

NEW YORK, April 13, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fusion Acquisition Corp. II (NYSE: FSNB.U) (the Company) today announced that, commencing April 19, 2021, holders of the units sold in the Companys initial public offering may elect to separately trade shares of the Companys common stock and warrants included in the units.

No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. The shares of common stock and warrants that are separated will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols FSNB and FSNB WS, respectively. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol FSNB.U. Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Companys transfer agent, in order to separate the units into shares of common stock and warrants.

A registration statement relating to these securities was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC) on February 25, 2021.
